Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with no penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day changes, cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you reschedule more than 3 times, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.
All changes must be made through GlossGenius or by calling/texting us at 734-496-5871. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in declined future bookings.
